Justification of Stephen Coco Firing Determined by Arbitrator

Former Manchester undercover officer still likely to face trial for alleged hit and run.

At a trial, set to begin March 3 of 2014, Coco will answer to the charges stemming from allegations that he struck two Bedford teens with his unmarked police vehicle and then fled the scene on March 22.
