Stephen Coco Fighting Firing?

Newspaper reporting that former cop, charged in hit and run, had arbitration hearing with former employer.

Earlier this year, former Manchester Police Sergeant Stephen Coco was fired by his employers after 17 years on the force.

The next day, he arrested as the driver in a hit-and-run that left two Bedford teens bloodied.

Coco was formally charged with two felony counts of conduct after an accident, but never indicted for the crimes.

Coco could be released for good behavior after eight months.

Now, the Union Leader is reporting that Coco had an arbitration hearing on Oct. 2 to determine whether his firing was justified.
