Judge Rejects Accused Cop's Plea Deal

Felony charges reportedly would have been reduced to two misdemeanors.

Stephen Coco will, indeed, face a jury after a judge rejected a plea deal that would have cut his potential jail time down to a fraction if what he now potentially faces.

The trial is set to begin March 3, 2014.
