Court to Unseal Documents Related to Home Invasion Investigation

Details from 2012 attack will be revealed for the first time.

It's been nearly a year since a brutal home invasion shook the town of Bedford and left two residents bloodied and clinging to life.

Earlier this year, Bedford Police revealed chilling, albeit limited details in the case when they announced an arrest warrant had been issued for 33-year-old Charles Normil, who is currently in Massachusetts awaiting trial on similar charges.

In September, the Lawrence, Mass. native was formally indicted on 13 charges– including attempted murder and rape – stemming from the Thanksgiving weekend home invasion attack on Dr. Eduardo Quesada and his wife Sonia at their 7 Proclamation Court home in Bedford.

Today, the Union Leader is reporting that Merrimack District Court Judge Clifford R. Klinghorn Jr. has granted the newspaper's request for the release of hundreds of detailed documents, including search warrants, blood tests and personal and financial records related to the Quesadas.

Those documents, according to a Union Leader report, must be released by the end of the day today.
