What's up with all the constriction at McKelvie Intermediate School?
Well, you asked, so Patch went out and found your answer.
We contacted Bedford School District Superintendent Timothy Mayes, who said the project is the first of four phases that were funded in the fiscal year 2014 budget that was approved by voters this past March.
"The project installs drainage throughout the east and north sides of the building; increases parking, and creates a safer traffic pattern for autos and pedestrians," said Mayes.
