By Charles Rolecek Today, I am declaring my candidacy for the Executive Council in District 4, and later this week I will file the necessary paperwork to allow me to raise money for my campaign. I’ve spent most of my 35 year career in the private sector starting up and managing several businesses, and I believe that this executive experience along with my strong commitment to fiscal discipline will allow me to serve effectively as a member of the Executive Council.
