Holiday Concerts, Performances Across NH
Your "things to do" cup runneth over in the Granite State this weekend.

SATURDAY
- Mt. Pleasant Extravaganza. The Mount Pleasant Elementary School PTO in Nashua hosts its holiday pancake breakfast and craft sale event at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the school.
- Harmony Road Classes. They’re restarting at the Nashua Community Music School starting at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. Contact the school for more information about this great program for kids.
- Christmas Tour. Tour six historic homes in Amherst Village from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $30-$40.
- Art at Amherst Middle School. Children from grade 5 to 8 can enjoy this one-day workshop creating six kinds of gifts starting at 10 a.m. on Saturday. The class costs $50-$60.
- A Gluten Free Holiday? Learn how at this cooking class in Merrimack starting at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
- A Homespun Holiday. The Merrimack Concert Association presents its holiday concert at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Merrimack High School.
- The Little Mermaid. The classic children’s film will be shown at the Nashua Public Library at 2 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is free.
- Nutcracker Ballet. The Bedford Dance Ensemble presents “The Nutcracker Ballet” at 6 p.m. on Saturday at Bedford High School.
- Sunshine Generation Holiday Show. The Bedford Town Hall will be full of family fun for family and friends of students at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday. A donation of $1 will be requested.
- Christmas at the Crossing. Enjoy holiday festivities at the Windham Crossing Learning Center from 7 to 10 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is $15. If you can't make it this weekend, they're holding the event next Friday and Saturday too.
- Holiday Folk Concert. The Concord Community Music School presents a holiday folk concert featuring Kent Allyn, Susie Burke, and David Surette, all teachers at the school, perform at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
- Danielle Miraglia. This amazing musician will be performing at the Simple Gifts Coffee House in Nashua at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are $18; $16 in advance; $10 for children 13 and under.
- Nutcracker: Act II. St. Paul’s School in Concord holds its annual ballet company presentation of “The Nutcracker” at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday and again at 2 p.m. on Sunday at Memorial Hall. The performance is free.
SUNDAY

- Sleigh Rides. Enjoy an old fashion sleigh ride at Painted Blessings Ranch in Webster, by reservation.
- Messiah & Co. Symphony NH presents highlights from Handel’s Messiah and other carols and holiday themed music at 3 p.m. on Sunday at the Keefe Center for the Arts.
- Ben Taylor. The son of Carly Simon and James Taylor, a talented musicians in his own right, performs at the Tupelo Music Hall in Londonderry at 7 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $22.
- Karen Grenier. The musician offers a solo performance at Whippersnappers Restaurant in Londonderry at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.
