Manchester Christian Church Plans Addition

The Bedford Planning Board is scheduled to meet Monday, April 21.

The Manchester Christian Church has a request for a conceptual review of a site plan before the Bedford Planning Board on April 21 for a 18,500-square-foot addition.

The proposed addition would be on an existing 6,762-square-foot church building located at 56 Old Bedford Road.

Other items on the agenda include:

Application Acceptance and/or Public Hearings on Applications: 

  • Washington Place, ASC Realty, LLC, owner, request for final approval of a non-residential subdivision of one lot into two at 5 Washington Place.
  • Greater Manchester Board of Realtors, owner, request for final approval of a site plan to construct a 2,040 square foot building addition and change of use from office/light manufacturing to professional/medical office at 318 South River Road.
  • Consideration of amendments to the development agreements for the Preserve at West Bedford, Governor’s Ridge and Governor’s View subdivisions to allow bonding and construction of drainage improvements without bonding the remaining public improvements.
