Bedford Rep Elected to Key GOP Post

Laurie Sanborn was named a vice president to the NH Federation of Republican Women.

On Saturday, the New Hampshire Federation of Republican Women elected State Rep. Laurie Sanborn (R-Bedford) to its slate of officers as one of its vice presidents.

"I am honored to take a leadership role in this prestigious organization," Sanborn said. "The NHFRW has spent decades welcoming women into the Republican party and encouraging their involvement. I am thrilled to be a part of that ongoing effort.”

Sanborn is currently in her second term and is the Republican Policy Leader in the New House of Representatives. Others elected at the annual meeting include Jen Couture, Leann Moccia, Corinne Armstrong, Ann Marie Banfield, Brenda Major, Jane Lane, Donni Hodgkins, Linda Twombly, Christine Peters, and Marilyn Huston.
