5:10 p.m. - Kelsey Miller, 21, arrested in Manchester and charged with operating after suspension and possession of drugs.

5:10 p.m. - Patrick Signer, 21, arrested in Manchester and charged with possession of drugs.

9:54 p.m. - Philip Donnelly, 21, arrested in Manchester and charged with possession of drugs.
