Police Arrest Three for DWI, One for Assault

The following arrest information was supplied by the Bedford Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Sept. 26

• Heith Robert Fitzgerald, 31, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 4:02 p.m. on South River Road and Eastman Avenue and charged with driving with a false inspection or registration sticker.

Tuesday, Sept. 27

• David Raymond, 24, of Merrimack, NH, arrested at 12:43 a.m. on Back River Road and Silver Spring Drive and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
• Andre Richard Plouffe, 19, of Bedford, NH, arrested at 7:15 p.m. on Jenkins Road and charged with simple assault.

Wednesday, Sept. 28

• Nicholas Winter, 20, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 9:55 a.m. on Liberty Hill Road and charged with operating without a valid license.
• James Barry, 47, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 4:09 p.m. on Route 101 on a bench warrant and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
• Jonathan Parisey, 30, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 7:02 p.m. on Colby Court on a bench warrant.

Thursday, Sept. 30

• Samuel Freeman, 61, of Bedford, NH, arrested at 12:52 a.m. on Bedford Center Road and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Allison McLynch, 29, of Manchester, NH, arrested at 2:33 p.m. on South River Road and charged with driving after revocation or suspension.
• Lisa Preston, 51, of Bedford, NH, arrested at 8:38 p.m. on New Boston Road and charged with driving while intoxicated.
