Police were alerted to the alleged burglary in progress by a resident who was out of town. That person had been contacted by a neighbor who noticed the suspicious activity.

Tellier refused bail and Collins was held on $15,000 cash bail. Both subjects are scheduled to appear at the Merrimack District Court on Friday, Aug. 16.
