Simon Property Group and Mall of New Hampshire Welcome New Guest Services Manager
Simon Property Group Inc., the largest developer and owner of shopping malls in America, announced today that Barbara Reichard has been appointed as the new Guest Services Manager at the Mall of New Hampshire. Most recently, Reichard was the Guest Service Representative at the mall.
In her role as Guest Services Manager, Reichard will supervise all of the Simon customer service programs, including overseeing corporate and personal sales of the Simon gift card program, Ticketmaster ticketing needs, mobile shopping applications, Simon Kidgits Club, and handle guest requests and concerns promptly and with exceptional customer service. Reichard will also be responsible for training all new Guest Services representatives.
Reichard has been with Simon Property Group since 2013. She is familiar with the Mall of New Hampshire as she has held numerous retail positions including General Manager of Ritz Camera and Sales Representative at Kay Jewelers in addition to her recent role as a Guest Service Representative. Reichard resides in Manchester, NH.
