New Hampshire Housing Honors Jane Jordan

Veteran loan officer from Mortgage Network celebrated for excelling
at helping homebuyers get mortgages

Veteran mortgage professional Jane Jordan, who manages the Laconia, New Hampshire branch office of Mortgage Network, Inc., has been recognized by the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority for generating the second most mortgage loans under the agency’s homebuyer program during 2013. The recognition marked the third straight year Jordan made the agency’s “Top 10” list under its Single Family Mortgage Program, which provides affordable mortgage financing for low- and moderate-income borrowers.

Jordan, a New Hampshire native with 20 years of mortgage banking experience, moved up in the rankings this past year, having finished fifth in 2011 and third in 2012. Her company, Mortgage Network, was among the top five lenders generating mortgage loans under the homebuyer program during 2013.

“Helping homebuyers is one of the most thrilling and gratifying aspects of my job, so I am very excited to make the top ten list again,” Jordan said. “It’s also a great opportunity to spread the word about the Single Family Mortgage Program, which has helped thousands of New Hampshire residents—including many of my clients—achieve the dream of homeownership. I look forward to helping more of my neighbors take advantage of these programs.”

New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority operates a number of programs designed to help low- and moderate-income individuals obtain housing. The Single Family Mortgage Program features low fixed interest rates, low down payment requirements and cash assistance grants to help borrowers with down payment and closing costs.
