Local Music for Local Produce

Musician Rahel Limor likes playing the Bedford Farmers' Market for a couple of reasons. First, it gives her time to stretch her musical chops. Second, she likes it, later in the summer, when she can barter music for some locally grown organics.

One day, she recalled being presented with a cabbage. It was, she said, "a work of art."

Listen to her talk about why she likes playing farmers' markets. You can find her on the web at Rahelmusic.com
The Bedford Farmers' Market is Tuesdays, 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., in the parking lot of St. Elizabeth Seton Parish on Meetinghouse Road.
