The Bedford Department of Public Works announced today that Joppa Hill Road will be closed to all passenger vehicles for 24 hours between Golden Drive and Cider Mill Road beginning Thursday at noon.
A detour will be set up through Friday at noon, and access to Joppa Hill Road addresses 286, 299 and 300 will be available from Cider Mill Road only during the 24-hour roadwork phase.
