PROGRAM MANAGER JOINS BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS OF GREATER MANCHESTER

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Manchester serves over 300 youth each year from the Greater Manchester and Greater Concord communities and is proud to announce the hiring of Aisha Mitchell. Aisha will be joining the team as the Program Manager for BBBSGM’s Site-Based Mentoring Programs, which includes programs at Bakersville Elementary, Parker Varney, Wilson Street School, Comcast Northeast Division, CCA Global Partners, Manchester Central High School, Hooksett Memorial School, and Girls Inc. sites in Manchester and Concord.

 Aisha has over 15 years of experience working with youth and families. She graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Art and Social Science from Long Island University Southampton and recently completed a M.S. in Environmental Education from Antioch University New England. Aisha recently returned from an internship in Peru where she spent a month in the Amazon learning and assisting with different research projects. Aisha enjoys traveling, outdoor activities and crafts. She looks forward to making a positive impact in our community.
