Old house next to the Mini Cooper Dealership

Now that trees are being removed from the lot adjacent to the Bedford Mini Cooper Dealership, one can clearly view an old home tucked in the woods.  It is unoccupied.  Is this structure noted on the map that is included in the book:  "The History of Bedford 1737-1971".  The map inlcuded in this book denotes a structure (#155) approximately in this same area.  Was it Primus Chandler's House?  Or was it home in which Sarah McKelvie Foresman lived in?  Anyone?
