Zumba Gold is a less intense version of regular Zumba but just as much fun and a great workout! While aimed at Baby Boomers, it is also for those of any age starting their journey into fitness or who just want a lower-intensity workout. Now everyone can join the party!
Ginger Kozlowski has been teaching Zumba Gold for a year and line dance for 12 years, so she knows how to make it fun and easy.
Classes are $7 drop-in price, and ongoing. Just come and give it a try. First class is FREE.

More About Bedford Town Hall
Bedford Town Hall is an historic community building. It houses the Recreation Department as well as a stage used for theater and dance productions and a kitchen where cooking classes are held. Children's and fitness programs are also offered at the facility.
