Ron Paul became the latest GOP presidential candidate to speak at a Politics and Eggs breakfast when he visited the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at Saint Anselm College yesterday.
The Texas congressman spoke to dozens of local business leaders, preaching fiscal restraint and vowing to focus on liberty and constitutional directives as president.
Following his speech, Paul spoke with the media and openly questioned the "assassination" of American-raised al-Qaida leader Anwar al-Awlaki.
Rick Perry, Rick Santorum, Tim Pawlenty, Buddy Roemer, Jon Hunstman and Newt Gingrich have also appeared at Politics and Eggs breakfasts the last year.
Organizers from the New Hampshire Institute of Politics and New England Council say Mitt Romney may be the next Politics and Eggs guest, which leaves Michele Bachmann, Herman Cain, Gary Johnson, Fred Karger and Bedford-native Christopher Hill as the candidates who have yet appear at a Politics and Eggs breakfast.

Newt is polarizing, a DC idea man, not a consistent sturdy leader.
Romney is a phony. He literally says whatever the majority of his audience wants to hear at any given moment. If he doesn't want to answer a question, he evades it, talks in circles, and changes the subject by attacking Obama. Most of all, he's a PROVEN FAILURE... he left Governor's office with 34% approval!
Everything that's wrong with Newt and Mitt, is right with Jon Huntsman.
