VIDEO: Mitt Romney Engages Occupier at Grassroots Rally

Occupy protesters heckle Mitt Romney, escorted out ... again.

Mitt Romney drew more than 1,100 people to a grassroots rally at McKelvie Intermediate School in Bedford tonight.

In fact, 450 locals were forced into an overflow room, while 650 remained stage front in the cafeteria.

At least 30 of those in attendance were Occupy protesters.

Entering with plastic Romney signs, the OWS clan mixed with the crowd until Romney brought up the economy.

Almost instantaneously, jeers began to ring out from Occupiers throughout the cafeteria, where the event was being held. Just as quickly, pro-Romney cheers drowned out the "Romney kills jobs" and "elections got bought out, voters got sold out" chants.

The candidate engaged one protester, Diane Moxley (click the video to the right), though she was escorted out by police as she attempted to offer her concerns to the former Massachusetts governor.

Bedford Detective Matt Flynn said no arrests were made and all protesters exited without incident.

Protesters outside the event said though they're "Occupying the Primary" they don't want to disturb the democratic process and have no intention of interfering with voting.

I was there tonight; most people in the main room were press...not many nh peeps. I think it was just a big show.
The lady who was heckling started Romney on a tirade about Obama. The lady tried to tell him she wasn't for Obama, but he just spoke over her.

I agree, Debbie. It seems like the whole thing was planned in anticipation of such a protest.

All you need to be an OWS is to say you are one and shout stuff, so it's cetainly believable that Romney's team staged it to make him look more like a leader.
In any event, at the event, the Police escorted the people out ((( after ))) Romney gave them his recent talking points, so it does look orchestrated.

Are you people idiots? There are multiple videos out now about how these very protesters sneak the signs in, at this very event, not to mention they show up at many conservative-leaning events. Stop with the unreasonable conspiracy theories; how about you make claims with some evidence?
